Qualifications
- Registered PE with a minimum of 5 years of experience including permitting and design
- Competent in civil engineering and design
- Manage small projects
- Manage design projects
- Broad civil background, including site development work, drainage design, utilities, and public improvements
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and interested in direct client contact
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Passionate about providing exceptional client service
- Motivated to learn and grow in the position and eventually lead internal teams
Additional Information
Compensation:
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate for this Civil Engineer position is $80.000-$110,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center
