Traffic Systems Group Manager – or slightly lower experience level on the traffic or highway side that can be developed. Needs some project management experience: PE with 6 – 8 years of experience min 2 years post registration. Same salary as Highway Group Manager if experience is there. Lower level = $125 - $145k
