Job Summary:
As a Civil Engineer at our client, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in site development and be skilled in using design software, project management, and technical reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop civil engineering plans for infrastructure, municpal, and private projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or EIT for junior positions). Not required.
- 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
