Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Civil Land Development Engineer to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This is an in-office opportunity for an engineer with 3+ years of civil land development experience who is looking to contribute to a variety of projects and grow with a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have strong Civil 3D AutoCAD skills and experience supporting land development projects. Experience with commercial and industrial developments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop civil engineering plans, designs, and construction documents for land development projects
- Utilize Civil 3D AutoCAD for grading, drainage, utility, and site development plans
- Assist with site design, plan preparation, and project coordination
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, consultants, and reviewing agencies
- Support projects through design, permitting, and construction phases
- Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil land development engineering experience (flexible based on overall qualifications)
- Proficiency with Civil 3D AutoCAD is required
- Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Salary range: $80,000–$110,000
