This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, project delivery, and leadership, ensuring the firm scales efficiently, maintains high design quality, and achieves its strategic business goals.
Ideal Background
- 8–15+ years in:
- Architecture, Engineering, or Professional Services operations
- Experience in:
- Architecture firms, MEP firms, or AEC consultancies
- Strong understanding of:
- Project-based financials
- Utilization, realization, and backlog
- AIA contracts and fee structures
