Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer license is required
- Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
- Experience in Industrial Power Distribution an Motor Controls required, and must include a production of contract drawings and certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and approachability in demeanor to work effectively with peers and clients
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
Responsibilities:
- Develop full deliverable packages from an approved proposal
- Self-sufficient on project tasks from proposal to deliverable
- Coordinate directly with other disciplines to gather necessary information
- Manage multiple, concurrent, and competing schedules between design and construction projects
- Provide QC and PE reviews on the work of other staff members
- Participate in QC review with the expectation that comments are abstract and discussion is based on high level concepts
