Duties:
- A leader for the architects, the Senior Project Architect mentors the junior architectural staff and provides subject matter expertise to the DPM team when asked.
- Works with division senior leadership to ensure programs are staffed appropriately and that the teams are working together following current architectural best practices.
- Is responsible for maintaining and assuring adherence with WT Quality Control (QC) procedures
- Is responsible for maintaining and assuring adherence with established WT architectural and general drafting standards
- Plans and develops complex architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
- Liaises with Project Management, other architects, and consultants
- Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects
- Coordinates with Principal and Principal-In-Charge on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies
- May oversee a staff of architects and technicians
- Provides professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects

Education and Certifications:
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Architectural license required
- Minimum (10) years experience
- NCARB Certification highly desired
