(PM/PEs) are responsible for leading the delivery of civil engineering services throughout each phase of the project lifecycle. PMs/PEs will also participate in select and appropriate activities related to project contracts within the Accounting, Business Development and Marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Project and Client Management: Plan, execute, and manage projects from conception to completion, within budget and timeline constraints, and meet all quality standards while ensuring client’s needs are met
- Civil Engineering: Oversee and participate in the design, analysis, and optimization of civil engineering projects and processes to deliver contracted services.
- Consultant Coordination: Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including review engineers, architects, vendors, and other project contractors.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years experience working for civil engineering firm or civil engineering department
- PE License – Texas | Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Robust background in civil engineering with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering projects, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Previous success in Business Development, Sales, and Management in AEC spaces
- Client relationship management expertise.
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hec-HMS, Hec-RAS, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365 Experience
- Member of a Professional Organization, Business Network, Leadership Development, or Community group
