Qualifications
Bachelors or better in Civil Engineering or related field
2-6 years: Relevant civil engineering experience
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Motivated, focused and positive attitude
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Ability to obtain a Professional Engineering License within 1 year of onboarding
Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position will include leading civil site work consisting of design, permitting, and construction activities as well as beginning to establish client management and business development strategies
Work on energy-related projects
Lead civil site engineering tasks
Interface with clients on civil site tasks
Lead assigned project teams
Task management on assigned projects (schedules, budgets, and quality of work)
Travel overnight to Project sites domestically, as needed
Erosion and Sediment Control Plans
Stormwater Management Plans
Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Plans
Permit Applications (earth disturbance permits, building permits, land development plans, high occupancy permits, etc.)
Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Quality Control Plans
Owner's Engineer Support During Construction
