We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist with 2-5 years of work experience using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the construction industry with a strong background in Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Revit Model setups
- BIM 360 setup and support
- Project/model follow-up, ability to troubleshoot questions and issues
- Identify office wide training needs
- Ability to support projects with modeling as needed
Supports BIM Coordinator with the following:
- Autodesk & Design tool software installs and updates
- Assess current Revit/AutoCAD processes for improvement
- Plan and organize all process change rollouts
- Revit Training
- New hire evaluation and mentorship
- Learn functions of all MEPT families and be able to troubleshoot, train and make recommendations
- Point of contact as the BIM lead for external clients
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience troubleshooting Revit questions and project issues
- Experience with Revit family creation
- Written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Computer skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Effective communication skills and great attitude are a MUST.
