Preparation of engineering documents and calculations such as cooling and heating load calculations, Title 24 documentations, energy analysis, life cycle cost analysis, LEED analysis, AutoCAD and/or Revit drawings and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, site utilities, and pumping systems for industrial and commercial applications.
Research data, specification and application for standard mechanical equipment.
Coordination of mechanical design documents with project design team members (electrical, architect, civil and structural, etc.). Assist in field investigation work during design and construction.
Qualifications:
- BSME degree from an accredited USA college, preferably with courses emphasizing heating, ventilating and air conditioning, refrigeration, and environmental engineering;
- P.E. license is highly preferred. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit, Excel and Microsoft Word;
- Excellent oral, written communication, organization and people skills;
- Ability to work in engineering production/deadline-driven environment;
- USA citizenship is required.
