WINSTON-SALEM AND CHARLOTTE, NC (2 Positions in WS and 1 in CLT)
We are seeking motivated and experienced Civil Designers to join our team in Winston-Salem or Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines—working alongside senior engineers, landscape architects, and planners to transform conceptual master plans into real-world infrastructure. You will actively support a diverse project portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, healthcare, senior living facilities, municipal parks, urban designs, and higher education campuses.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- 4-6-years of direct experience in site design and production of construction drawings for commercial, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and healthcare projects.
- Proficient in the design and production of site construction drawings that include site, erosion control, grading, drainage, utility plans, stormwater management, and site details.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD C3D surface modeling, alignments, profiles, grading, and plan production.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Excellent written & communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio or similar.
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related degree.
