We’re looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer P.E. to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale. This is a leadership-track opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a department leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Design electrical systems for residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise projects
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from design through completion
- Work closely with clients, project teams, and other disciplines
- Review designs for quality, accuracy, and code compliance
- Manage project schedules and deliver work on time or ahead of schedule
- Help mentor and develop other members of the electrical engineering team
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida P.E. license
- 5+ years of U.S. electrical engineering design experience
- Experience with residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise projects
- MEP consulting firm experience preferred
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Highly responsive, organized, and quality-focused
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
