As an Electrical Engineering Associate, you will apply general electrical engineering design principles for creating drawings, plans, specifications, supporting documents and permit applications for a variety of projects. You will develop professional knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks. In addition, you will use computer assisted engineering and design software to prepare engineering and design drawings and documents on a regular basis and perform calculations related to power, lighting and control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; two years of experience or relevant internships preferred.
- Engineering Intern (EI) Certification required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
- Proficiency in commonly used computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess ability to work across the company via MS Teams, Zoom, or other communication platforms to conduct meetings, share ideas, give project updates, etc. in a professional manner.
- Valid driver's license.
