Summary: We’re looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience who is ready to take on a leadership role and grow within a consulting engineering firm.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HVAC design projects from concept through completion
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and designers
- Lead project teams and oversee technical design and deliverables
- Work closely with firm Principals on all aspects of the consulting engineering practice
- Support projects across a variety of market sectors, including educational, hospitality, healthcare, office, and residential
- Help develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience
- Experience working on projects in the Greater NYC area strongly preferred
- PE license preferred
- Experience leading design teams or managing projects
- Experience across multiple market sectors
- Strong HVAC design and project management experience
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
