Seeking a licensed architect to manage projects and staff at all
stages of projects. Project Architect will guide projects from planning through construction
administration. Responsibilities to include Revit, Adobe, Microsoft and Procore use. The ability
to write technical specifications for publicly-funded projects is preferred. Project Architect to
work closely with Contractors to ensure all RFI’s shop drawings, and site visits are coordinated
in a timely manner.
E. Education
1. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch), or alternative path to licensure is
acceptable.
F. Certification and Licensing
1. Architectural Licensure (NCARB) is required.
2. AIA, CSI, LEED AP, WELL AP, CPTED all encouraged.
G. Experience
1. 10–15 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a Senior PM role.
2. REVIT Proficiency a plus
3. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects — especially in education, civic, or
higher-ed sectors.
4. Experience developing fee proposals, schedules, staffing plans, and contracts.
5. Skilled at balancing design quality, technical rigor, and business performance.

1. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining design quality and
consistency.
2. Have an established professional network within your target markets (e.g., community
colleges, K–12, civic, higher-ed).
3. Collaborate with firm leadership on pursuit strategy, proposal development, and
interview preparation.
4. Strong writing and presentation skills
5. Active Professional Association (AIA, NOMA) involvement is encouraged.
