Job description: Vice President, Regional Operations
Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Vice President, Regional Operations to lead regional business operations, drive market expansion, and strengthen relationships with public-sector clients and industry partners. This executive will develop and execute regional growth strategies, lead business development efforts, and ensure operational excellence while serving as the organization's senior representative throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with state agencies, municipalities, public-sector clients, and industry partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to pursue strategic growth opportunities and coordinate regional business development initiatives.
- Provide revenue forecasts, market insights, and client updates to executive leadership.
- Monitor market trends, funding opportunities, and infrastructure priorities to support long-term growth.
- Lead regional operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Executive leadership experience within engineering, consulting, infrastructure, construction, or a related professional services industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of public-sector markets and procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $190,000–$220,000, based on experience.
