We are seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor - Project Manager to join our team in Liberty Hill, TX or Kyle/Buda, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality control
- Cultivate and mentor technical staff to ensure long-term growth
- Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects
- Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts
- Participate in business development for Geospatial opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other critical stakeholders
- Coordinate with sub-consultants and nurture Geospatial business relationships
- Support corporate strategic initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor – Licensed in Texas
- 2 years of management experience
- Land Development, TxDOT and/or Public Works experience
- Knowledge of Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
- Excellent communication skills
