Salary Range
$80,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)
Potential of 10%-20% bonuses depending on profitability of company

Essential Duties
• Design complex electrical systems and coordinate with other design team members.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Attend and present at client design review meetings.
• Write technical specifications, testing documents, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with architects and contractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with electrical systems.
• Promote and build relationships with external clients.
Requirements
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an independent designer/engineer.
• Must be able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Ability to lead and manage others effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and customer-service oriented.
• Senior Designer, EIT, PE
• Must be proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit.
Location Preferences
• All candidates nationwide will be considered. Relocation package may be offered to ideal candidate.
