Responsibilities:
– Establishes BIM standards and project requirements in collaboration with company leadership
– Work on a client-facing level, supporting clients with BIM setup.
– Ensures that BKM and client BIM standards are met on a project to project basis
– Works with the design and BIM staff to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the BIM production
– Develops company procedures in relationship to BIM standards
– Strong understanding of BIM best practices
– Works with design team preparing drawings. Maintains BIM standards.
– Develop training for designers and engineers.
– Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Associates or Technical degree in related field, or equivalent experience
– Five years BIM production and coordination in the MEP industry
– Experience providing clash detection reports (Navisworks, etc)
– Experience running BIM 360
