Who We're Looking For
This opportunity is for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with 7-8 years of experience (2+ years post registration) in Traffic design with FDOT (SAPM, signals, lighting and/or ITS). The ideal candidate will be excited about joining our leadership team and growing the Traffic Systems group.
Our Traffic Systems Group is based in downtown Orlando, FL, but this position can also be based in our Tallahassee or Punta Gorda offices.

What You'll Be Doing
In a nutshell, you'll be large and in charge running traffic projects and directing and developing internal staff. You'll have a strong team of designers, engineers and senior project managers to support your projects and your career.
What You Need To Bring
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- Traffic Systems design experience ; ITS experience is a plus
- Minimum of 2+ years of post registration experience with FDOT
- Proficient in MicroStation/ORD
- The natural inclination to take initiative
- The desire and confidence to become a key contributor
- Solid communication skills
