Summary:
This role is responsible for managing and delivering projects by coordinating with clients, design teams, and external partners while ensuring high-quality solutions. The candidate will lead technical efforts, oversee project scope and production, and provide effective staff leadership and mentorship to drive project success and organizational growth.

• Effectively manage projects of all sizes and scope
• Attend and prepare for meetings as Electrical expert
• Coordinate with the client and the entire design team, including owners, architects, contractors, and
internal team to ensure a fully coordinated design
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedule to ensure deliverables are completed and client
expectations are met
• Maintain a current work plan detailing tasks for each project, including assignment and management of
tasks for other team members
• Maintain organized project files, meeting minutes, and field notes
• Coordinate project expectations with client and external project participants, and resolve discrepancies
and conflicts as they arise
• Work towards achieving project success through financials, schedule, quality, overall employee and client
satisfaction
• Manage project scope related to the contract, including identification of add services, coordination of
monthly invoicing, etc.
• Pursue and manage current and prospective projects to expand client base
• Develop new project proposals, including scope development and fee compilations
