Seeking a motivated, self-started that fits the culture of a small firm. This
position presents the opportunity for growth on all levels of the profession. Strong Revit skills
are necessary in addition to open communication with peers and consultants. Having strong
design skills is a plus and technical knowledge of Revit is a must. Looking for someone with
experience leading projects both internal and client facing. Licensure is very valuable but not
mandatory. Education in a professional architecture degree is preferred. Certifications in the
field are a bonus.
A. Education
1. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred, a Pre-Professional
Degree is acceptable
2. Technical degree from a community college in Architectural Technology.
B. Certification and Licensing
1. Architectural Licensure (AIA) is desirable.
2. AIA, CSI, LEED AP, WELL AP, CPTED all encouraged.
C. Experience
1. 5-10 years of experience managing projects at all stages of design and construction
administration.
2. REVIT proficiency required.
3. K-12, Higher Ed and publicly-funded projects is preferred.
D. Other
1. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining design quality and
consistency.
2. Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to manage and maintain working
relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants.
3. Active Professional Association (AIA, NOMA) involvement is encouraged.
