My client is seeking a senior-level K–12 Educational Practice Leader to help grow and lead our education sector. This role blends project leadership, client development, and strategic growth, with an emphasis on strong local relationships and repeat-client delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced architect who understands how to both win work and deliver it well.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead K–12 education projects from pursuit through delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to school districts, municipalities, and education stakeholders
- Support and contribute to business development efforts, including relationship building, proposal strategy, and interviews
- Act as Project Architect / Project Manager on select projects
- Mentor project teams and guide best practices in project delivery
- Collaborate with firm leadership on education-sector strategy and growth
Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional architectural experience
- Significant experience delivering K–12 education projects
- Proven PA and/or PM experience on complex projects
- Strong understanding of public-sector processes and stakeholders
- Local or regional relationships strongly preferred
- Licensure preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
