About the Role
My client is looking for a technically strong Project Architect who thrives in documentation, coordination, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating design into well-resolved, buildable documents and collaborating closely with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical production for projects from SD through CA
Develop and coordinate construction documents with consultants
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across drawing sets
Serve as a technical resource for project teams
Support junior staff through mentorship and review
Participate in construction administration and field coordination
Qualifications
8–12 years of professional architectural experience
Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and detailing
Experience producing high-quality construction documents
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred
